 And no, it's not dead serious, I just needed a title...but I really liked this one when it finally entered my brain. The church here is the Votivkirche in Vienna. More pics of that one to come. (And before anyone tells me it's a bit dark: I wanted it dark. Constructive criticism is very welcome, though. Always!) Comments

Very nice composition.  Great composition. I like, how the clouds are the counterpart of the church...so the title really is well-chosen and I love the critizism in it.

And I know which is which !  Strangely enough it does look as if the church was attacking heaven.. or in an act of hybris fancying itself being able to reach it, like with the tower of Babel. Well... that's the church for you I guess
 It is a great shot, too, at any rate - one can almost see the clouds moving and feel one's own head lifted to stare up... it has an air of very slight dizzyness - you know, like looking up and being irrtitated by the movment in the sky.  great composition, love the tone and the colors...
love the perspective too, its very impressive... like the tittle too, and the rays of light out of that clouds... nice shot   Nice composition...like the contrasts of light and dark. I knew it must have been so hot there for a reason...you needed a title..LOL.
Guess I'm a little more secular...''all things on heaven and earth"....prefer not to think of 'hell'...  Smile!! It keeps people wondering what you've been up to!  Like sathom, reminds me of the Tower of Babel also.
